Introduction
This conference identifies strategies that appear to show positive results in preventing youth crime. Issues discussed include: programs that work in dealing with juveniles; early intervention to prevent youth crime; strategies for dealing with special groups like Indigenous youth and young females; and designing and implementing programs for young offenders.
