Concern is increasing both here and internationally about crimes against small business, such as fraud, cybercrime, robbery, shoplifting and theft. Australia has some 1,961,337 small businesses however proportionally more crimes are committed against businesses than households with the most common being burglary followed by shoplifting. To help small businesses prevent crime, this website links to two National Crime Prevention Program kits filled with useful preventative advice, particularly relating to e-crime and general business security.
