Abstract
To look positively towards the future, migrant communities must deal with some issues which particularly affect them. In this chapter, community responses to organised crime and migrants' legal rights and obligations are discussed. As a future investment in crime prevention, the community should try to prevent recidivism among group offenders. Community service, prisoner aftercare and post release schemes can assist.
