What this chart shows

  • The number of sexual assaults increased between 2002 and 2003 by approximately 1%, the only offence to record an increase in this time.
  • Homicide (7%), robbery (6%), UEWI (10%), motor vehicle theft (13%) and other theft (6%) all recorded considerable decreases from 2002 to 2003.
