Abstract
Sullivan gives an historical perspective of feminism and the sex industry in Australia, focusing on the connection between gender and power. She argues that feminist analyses bring sex discrimination and other gender based injustices to public attention, and that feminism could be important in influencing the prostitution law reform underway in Queensland.
