Abstract

The authors explain how the Noarlunga Together Against Crime Committee was established to investigate what might be done about crime prevention in the Noarlunga region. It investigated the pattern of crimes in the area and set up a consultative workshop process to identify the crime prevention issues that most concerned community members. Some of the suggested strategies which evolved from the community consultation are outlined in an appendix to the paper.
