Abstract

School Watch is a community awareness and crime prevention program which involves local communities in the protection of schools. The aims and format closely resemble those of Neighbourhood Watch, endeavouring to reduce crime directed at schools. Sobulis explains how the program was established; outlines its objectives; and describes the responsibilities of the School Watch Committee.
