Abstract
Seymour seeks to outline some coherent grounds for rationale debate and enduring reforms regarding the juvenile justice system, by asking some fundamental questions: Is it reasonable to expect the juvenile justice system to provide solutions for wider community ills? What are the specific problems in the current system? Should we have more or less intervention? Who should be the decision makers?
