Abstract
Using Australian Bureau of Statistics 1995 National Crime Statistics data, seven tables are presented which concern locations of crime occurrences. The following offences are covered: break enter and steal attempts; motor vehicle theft; other theft; homicide; assault; sexual assault; and robbery. For each offence, the table provides details of numbers and percentages of victims in Australia as a whole and each of the States and Territories, and the place of offence.
