Abstract
This chapter presents both textual and statistical information on the results of the 1993 Australian Bureau of Statistics Crime and Safety Survey, and the 1995 state based surveys for New South Wales and the A.C.T., Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia. It covers levels of victimisation, repeat and multiple victimisation, and reporting to the police for a range of household, personal, property and violent crimes.
