Abstract
Homicide occurring during the commission of other crimes is discussed. In Australia between 1989 and 1999, approximately 13 per cent of homicides occurred in the course of other crime, 67 per cent of which occurred during the course of a robbery, and 3.7 per cent following sexual assault. Case study examples of such homicides are provided by way of explanation.
