Abstract
Research suggests that homicides involving youth differ in many respects from those involving older persons. This paper attempts to uncover the main factors associated with youth involvement in homicide by analysing the characteristics of victims, offen ders and the relations between them. It compares youth and older people's involvement in homicide.
