Abstract
Patterns and trends in intimate homicide in Australia are identified. The authors discuss the most salient features of homicide incidents involving intimate partners using data held as part of the National Homicide Monitoring Program. Besides focussing on the characteristics of homicide incidents involving intimate partners, the authors compare them with other types of homicide incidents.
