National Crime Prevention Programme
The Federal Government's National Crime Prevention Programme is a major Australian initiative. Formerly known as the National Campaign Against Violence and Crime, it was launched in 1997 by the Prime Minister, with the aim of preventing and reducing the fear of violence and crime.
