Description
The research, funded by the ACT Department of Justice and Community Safety, examined burglary and other recidivist offenders in the ACT. It looked at the trend in burglary rates following Operation Anchorage; the profiles of recidivist offenders, including characteristics and background, who were arrested during Operation Anchorage; the impact of ACT Corrective Services offender programs; and the impact of the changes to the Bail Act during Operation Anchorage.
