Description
This project, funded by the New South Wales Department of Housing, examined the nature and extent of client initiated violence problem within the NSW Housing Western Districts region. The study assessed current policies and practices in relation to focus on client-initiated violence issues within NSW Housing and provided advice and guidance on gaps and improvements in policies and practices within the broader context of employer responsibilities for occupational health and safety.
