Description
This project examined the kinds and extent of intellectual property (IP) crime occurring in Australia. Issues that affect piracy and counterfeiting include copyright infringement on films, music, games, software and clothing goods. The project looked at the nature and extent of IP crime in Australia, and the effectiveness of legislative, law enforcement and prosecution activities.
