Statistics for homicides, assaults, thefts, drug abusers, victims, offenders, prisoners, police and more can be found on our website statistics section and in our free booklet Australian crime: facts & figures.
The AIC does not generally collect 'country of birth' based crime statistics. Victoria is the only jurisdiction to report on country of birth of alleged offenders.
Other agencies that collect and report on crime statistics include the Australian Bureau of Statistics and similar state offices, along with police and other law enforcement agencies.
