Towards Mutual Benefit: An Inquiry into Aboriginal Customary Law in the Northern Territory

A sub-committee of the Northern Territory Law Reform Committee was formed to inquire into Aboriginal Customary Law in the Northern Territory (2003).

Northern Territory Agreement

Formal agreement signed by the Australian and Northern Territory Governments to reduce the number of juveniles entering the criminal justice system, and to alleviate the language barriers faced by Aboriginal persons, July 2000.
