Abstract
This national study outlines existing pre-release and post-release education and training schemes conducted by corrective service authorities and other agencies around Australia. It provides a state by state summary of existing programs, including features of existing post-release programs. It sets out a summary of features of best practice for the delivery of education and training in correctional institutions.
