Abstract
This research focuses on strategies to reduce the supply of amphetamine-type substances and ecstasy. It reviews databases and literature on law enforcement agencies who focus on the reduction of the supply of illicit synthetic drugs. It also includes site visits to Singapore, Bangkok, London, Amsterdam, Washington, St Louis, San Diego and Los Angeles. This summary also includes key findings of the report and implications for police.
This research summary by Roger Nicholas provides a plain English summary and implications for police for The governance of illicit synthetic drugs (NDLERF monograph no. 9).
