Portfolio Budget Statements
The Australian Institute of Criminology was transferred to the Department of Home Affairs under the Machinery of Government change effective 13 May 2025.
From 1 July 2022 the AIC was part of the Attorney-General's Department portfolio. From 20 December 2017 the AIC was part of the Department of Home Affairs portfolio.
